Leads the Customer Experience Application Development team in designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications. Establishes technical standards, architecture, security practices, CI/CD processes, environment strategies, and quality controls. Supervises and mentors technical staff, conducts code reviews, manages integrations and databases, supports the software development lifecycle, and addresses performance and security issues.
