Serve as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing, advising leaders on org design, performance cycles, compensation, talent acquisition, engagement, employee relations, and compliance. Drive people programs, analyze workforce data, support workforce planning, manage investigations and performance improvement plans, and coordinate with global HR, Compensation, TA, and L&D to build high-performing teams.

Handle inbound and warm leads for Bluehost, conduct discovery conversations, recommend hosting/WordPress/security/design/marketing solutions, close consultatively, perform account reviews to identify upsell/cross-sell, coordinate post-sale fulfillment, meet sales and conversion metrics, and collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues.

Perform outbound sales to existing customers, uncover upsell opportunities, recommend website/SEO and digital solutions, build relationships, and meet sales targets using dialer tools and consultative selling.
