Own high-volume outbound sales to small and medium-sized businesses, creating pipeline through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, handle objections, manage the full sales cycle, and close new customer accounts. The role focuses on net-new revenue, activity metrics, MRR targets, and consultative positioning of Bluehost’s online business solutions.

Build and own high-performance, customer-facing frontend applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript. Integrate AI-powered features, establish AI development guardrails, optimize scalability and reliability, and maintain design systems, testing standards, and continuous delivery practices. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams while mentoring engineers and driving features from concept through production.

Design, build, and maintain Python backend services and internal APIs for high-traffic hosting platforms. Administer Linux production systems, optimize MySQL queries and schemas, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in on-call rotation. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver tested features, modernize legacy Perl systems, and contribute to technical design decisions. Apply AI responsibly throughout development, debugging, testing, and code review.
