The Creative Production Intern will assist in coordinating production logistics, support on-set operations for social content shoots, and manage equipment organization while collaborating with creative teams.

Embed with services pods to build bespoke tooling and platform features: ad integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and automation. Own end-to-end client deployments and translate operational patterns into Framework roadmap and product improvements.

Own and close enterprise and mid-market deals for both NewForm's Framework software and managed creative services. Drive consultative, outcomes-based sales from qualified opportunity through close, work with BDRs and cross-functional teams, build the founding GTM playbook, and grow into sales leadership while managing a growing pipeline and complex multi-stakeholder deals.
