Create and edit TikTok- and Instagram-first social content (shooting and editing), pitch platform-native ideas, execute studio/location shoots, support senior creatives, iterate quickly on feedback, and collaborate across teams to deliver premium food & beverage brand content.

Lead North American commercial strategy and P&L for new business revenue, build and scale the commercial team and partnerships, cultivate C-suite relationships, drive major pitches and negotiations, represent NewGen publicly, and deliver rapid pipeline and closed revenue within the first quarters.

The Business Director will lead and inspire a team, drive client success, oversee account profitability, deliver strategic thinking, and foster collaboration while shaping the agency's future with creative, socially-led campaigns.
