Leads complex enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives, including M&A integrations, office relocations, technology migrations, audit remediation, and governance programs. Manages cross-functional technical workstreams, schedules, risks, budgets, vendors, dependencies, cutovers, executive reporting, and operational handoff across global teams.
