Manage and grow NewtonX's largest independent agency relationships, drive new agency partnerships, own revenue and proposals ($10k–$500k+), coordinate cross-functional delivery, provide trainings/events, and develop scalable processes to support agency sales and client research opportunities.

Lead and scale Legal and Compliance functions, manage a 3–4 person team, own contract lifecycle and Ironclad CLM workflows, build compliance programs (MNPI, privacy, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA), advise leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and create policies, training, and controls to support growth.

Build and own core LLM infrastructure for two products: self-serve research workflows and automated syndicated intelligence. Implement full-stack features (React/TypeScript front end, Python/Node.js back end), integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), design semantic search and RAG pipelines, ensure cloud deployment (AWS, Docker), maintain testing and code quality, and translate user needs into scalable, research-grade AI systems.

Design and maintain data pipelines (SQL, dbt, BigQuery), ensure data quality and event tracking, analyze A/B tests, build funnel and attribution reporting, create Looker dashboards, and support LLM-enriched data models for smarter targeting and segmentation.
