Player-coach sales leader responsible for carrying an individual revenue target while managing, coaching, and growing an Account Executive team. Owns inbound lead conversion, pipeline discipline, forecasting, proposal quality, sales playbooks, recruiting, and onboarding. Partners with Product and Marketing to support self-serve tools and SMB growth. The role is expected to expand into broader regional sales leadership.

Lead development of performant React UIs and Python/Django backend services. Own architecture and org-level initiatives, improve test coverage, resolve technical debt, mentor engineers, and drive secure, scalable system design and best practices across the stack.

Leads go-to-market strategy and operations across the commercial organization. Owns revenue-growth initiatives, sales process design, forecasting cadence, reporting requirements, product launches, onboarding, training, enablement, and sales playbooks. Partners across sales, delivery, finance, marketing, and product to improve productivity, adoption, and execution. Manages a growing team and drives ambiguous strategic recommendations through implementation.

Own frontend architecture for React and TypeScript applications supporting complex research and analytics workflows. Build performant, accessible interfaces; establish standards for performance, testing, accessibility, and CI quality gates; evolve shared component libraries and design systems; partner on API contracts; address technical debt; contribute to Django services; and mentor engineers while leading department-wide technical initiatives.
