Senior electrical engineering contributor responsible for improving reliability, availability, and performance across solar PV and BESS assets. Analyzes protection systems, relays, inverters, controls, and field data to diagnose root causes, reduce downtime, optimize operating strategies, and ensure grid compliance. Leads utility and vendor coordination, develops monitoring and diagnostic standards, supports design improvements, quantifies production losses, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead electrical review and design for utility-scale solar and storage projects: review shop drawings, perform ETAP/AmpCalc modeling, coordinate protection and fault studies, manage 3rd-party engineers, support interconnection, commissioning, construction, and lifecycle support, mentor junior engineers, implement process improvements and SOPs, and provide technical guidance across Development, EPC, and O&M.

The Senior Interconnection Engineer will manage utility interconnection applications, provide subject matter expertise, conduct project analyses, and mentor new engineers, driving innovation in renewable energy designs.
