Lead strategic and operational HR for multiple Nexstar locations supporting ~1,800 union and non-union employees. Drive performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, HR policy, compliance, training, and regional HR operations. Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and partner with labor counsel on investigations and grievance resolutions.

Serve as primary client lead for large accounts, support pre-sale media planning and post-sale campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, monitor and optimize paid digital campaigns, troubleshoot tracking issues, and deliver clear performance reporting and strategic recommendations to drive campaign success and client retention.

Prepare and switch video elements for live and pre-recorded national newscasts using Ross switcher and graphics systems. Build switcher effects and templates, operate broadcast equipment, troubleshoot live issues, document and communicate workflows, and occasionally train others. Must meet quality standards and adapt to varied shifts.
