Qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, manage pipeline with established sales methodology (MEDDPIC/Customer Centric Selling), present demos, negotiate and close deals, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel extensively to meet clients.

Lead strategy and execution for AI platform adoption and integrations across Nextiva products. Define roadmaps for XBert and NextIQ, own integrations marketplace and partner ecosystem, prioritize and deliver scalable integration experiences, manage intake-to-launch processes, and drive adoption using customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through partner relationships, recruitment of new partners, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance partner engagement and performance analysis.
