Lead a distributed analytics team to turn ambiguous marketing and fan questions into scoped analyses, predictive models, segmentations, and A/B tests. Support planning and execution of NFL tentpole events and executive meetings focused on hotel management: contract negotiation, room block assignment, reservations, RFP sourcing, on-site operations, vendor coordination, budget reconciliation, and cross-functional meeting logistics for large-scale events including the Super Bowl and International Games.

Support high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding for Game Day Assistants: post requisitions, manage interview scheduling (automated/manual), process new hires/I-9s, run new-hire orientation, maintain HR records, respond to case-management queues, and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT to ensure accurate, confidential, and timely HR operations.
