Lead client-facing AI program governance and delivery as PMO manager. Translate business objectives into AI roadmaps and OKRs, oversee AI/ML lifecycle, ensure data readiness, model validation, deployment, and responsible AI compliance. Manage PMO standards, portfolio prioritization, AI-augmented reporting, and lead executive communications while mentoring PMs, TPMs, and analysts.

Manage customer-facing software and AI/GenAI delivery projects from initiation through closure. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation; communicate status, risks, and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional teams; handle escalations; drive PMO best practices and continuous improvement while adjusting plans to changing priorities and customer needs.

The SLED Account Executive will drive sales growth by closing business, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with partners while managing client relationships and addressing customer needs.
