Own and improve the company’s platform, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer experience, automated testing, release processes, fleet observability, access model, and runtime dependencies. The role focuses on reducing release lead time across a large multi-tenant SaaS environment, modernizing infrastructure safely, documenting platform knowledge, and enabling engineers and AI agents to work more effectively.

Own the company’s data platform and database ecosystem, including customer data migration pipelines, ingestion, transformation, CI, dry runs, safe reruns, and onboarding-time measurement. Manage database configuration, backups, restores, and the planned MySQL-to-PostgreSQL consolidation. Build reliable, version-controlled systems using SQL, Python, C#, and AI-assisted development practices. The role is remote, reports to the CTO, and requires close collaboration with onboarding and engineering stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle customer data migrations from legacy DME/HME systems into a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include mapping, extracting, cleansing, transforming, and validating patient, inventory, claims, order, and payer data; resolving discrepancies; collaborating with implementation and product teams; supporting customers; and documenting migration processes.
