Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Generate new-logo pipeline through outbound prospecting, sell complex AI and data products to enterprise customers, manage technical evaluations with Solutions Engineering, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and opportunity records.

Lead US go-to-market recruiting across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, marketing, and other revenue functions. Own recruiting strategy, pipelines, hiring processes, employer branding, and full-cycle searches while managing a US recruiter. Serve as a people partner to executives and managers, supporting performance management, employee relations, engagement, culture, onboarding, development, and organizational effectiveness across New York and San Francisco.
