This role involves supporting project finance and tax equity transactions, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance in clean energy projects.

Own core accounting processes including month/quarter/annual close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement support. Manage AR/AP, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation. Strengthen internal controls, support external audits, lead process improvements and system implementations, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve reconciling items and improve reporting accuracy.

Lead corporate and project accounting for a growing clean-energy platform: oversee month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, project capitalization, and accounting operations. Partner with finance, development, construction, tax, and external stakeholders while building scalable processes, systems, and a high-performing accounting team to support growth.

The Portfolio Manager oversees compliance, reporting, and operations for financed projects, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders in capital markets.
