Develop and maintain project finance models, analyze project economics and financing proposals, support lender and financial closing processes, conduct due diligence and feasibility studies, evaluate M&A opportunities, and prepare financial reports and investment analyses. The role collaborates with development teams, lenders, investors, lawyers, and consultants while assessing renewable energy projects, capital structures, and regulatory impacts.

Manage project finance activities for clean energy projects, including debt, tax equity, equipment, and land financing. Develop financial models, evaluate project economics, calculate returns and coverage ratios, coordinate due diligence and consultants, support negotiations and financial closings, monitor project performance and covenant compliance, and provide analysis for M&A opportunities. The role also coaches analysts and tracks changes in financing markets, tax-credit requirements, and renewable-energy regulations.

Lead business ownership of NineDot's SAP S/4HANA platform: manage MSP relationships, drive ERP projects and enhancements, govern security and master data, support finance and supply chain processes, and improve adoption and process automation.
