Serve as the subject matter expert for billing platforms, data pipelines, integrations, governance, and platform risks while supporting MVP definition, cross-team dependencies, training, and executive communication.

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and market adoption for NMI’s card-not-present processing and value-added payments solutions. Translate technical capabilities such as tokenization, recurring billing, fraud prevention, APIs, and PCI compliance into outcome-focused messaging for ecommerce merchants, subscription businesses, marketplaces, and software platforms. Partner with product, sales, channel, engineering, and marketing teams while supporting thought leadership, customer research, competitive analysis, evangelism, and industry events.

Own the integrated marketing strategy for NMI’s payment gateway, driving pipeline, ISO partner acquisition, gateway adoption, and cross-sell growth. Develop verticalized campaigns for markets including parking, transit, EV charging, and healthcare. Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, channel, and content teams to create messaging, campaigns, enablement, and customer stories. Manage programs from planning through optimization while tracking KPIs, budgets, and revenue impact.
