Lead SEM planners and coordinators in developing, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. Oversee budgets, bidding, targeting, quality scores, measurement, reporting, and client communications. Provide strategic recommendations, presentations, and performance insights while collaborating with analytics and AdOps teams. Supervise, train, and mentor SEM staff, maintain quality standards, and promote innovative search best practices and platform updates.

Own and evolve the Talent Acquisition function, personally managing searches from intake through accepted offer while advising senior leaders. Lead workforce planning, proactive pipeline development, recruiting analytics, market intelligence, budget tracking, process improvement, and candidate experience. Partner with HR, Finance, and department heads to forecast hiring needs, improve recruiting practices, maintain Workable documentation, and ensure consistent, equitable, legally compliant processes in a lean, autonomous environment.

Provides temporary administrative and operational support across HR and Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities include payroll and benefits administration, employee record maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, compliance documentation, HRIS and ATS updates, interview coordination, tracker maintenance, deadline monitoring, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and approximately 1–3 years of HR administration or recruiting coordination experience.
