Lead and build the company finance function from scratch: FP&A, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash management, controls, and compliance. Drive financial strategy, forecasting, fundraising preparation, investor relations, pricing and business-model guidance. Implement financial systems, establish governance, and build a scalable finance team partnering closely with the CEO and leadership.

Own and execute US talent acquisition strategy for GTM roles. Drive full-cycle recruiting, build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage pipeline metrics, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while collaborating with the People team on employer branding and process improvements.

Serve as primary technical contact for customers, provide hands-on guidance for integration and deployment, write scripts for diagnostics/automation, troubleshoot issues, lead technical deep-dives, collaborate with product and engineering, and build long-term customer relationships to maximize platform value.
