Lead and build the company finance function from scratch: FP&A, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash management, controls, and compliance. Drive financial strategy, forecasting, fundraising preparation, investor relations, pricing and business-model guidance. Implement financial systems, establish governance, and build a scalable finance team partnering closely with the CEO and leadership.

The Head of Product Marketing will own Noma’s positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and product launches for its AI security platform. They will build and lead the product marketing team, define buyer segments and personas, enable Sales, collaborate with Product on roadmap insights, and align Demand Gen messaging. The role requires proven cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI product marketing experience, startup growth experience, team management, and a repeatable launch framework.

Lead hands-on technical post-sales engagements, helping customers deploy, integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform. Translate use cases into production-ready workflows, automation, integrations, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns. Conduct technical deep dives, resolve complex issues, coordinate escalations, enable customers, and collaborate with Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams.
