Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across engineering, product, infrastructure, and AI. Develop sourcing strategies, market maps, candidate profiles, and structured assessments; partner with technical leaders; manage candidate relationships through closing; and improve recruiting processes, interview calibration, candidate experience, and talent intelligence as the company scales.

Software engineering interns will build features for high-frequency, high-volume hardware data infrastructure, collaborate directly with customers, own projects from start to finish, and support product growth at an early-stage company. The role involves working with engineers and domain experts on testing and validating complex systems, including spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, reactors, rockets, and aircraft.

Entry-level software engineers will build data infrastructure and product features for high-frequency, high-volume multimodal hardware data. They will collaborate closely with customers, work directly with users in the field, own projects from start to finish, support customer onboarding, and help expand the company’s platform for testing and validating complex hardware systems.
