Coordinate scheduling, travel, recurring leadership meetings, planning cycles, onboarding, events, and administrative requests for the Engineering, Product & Design organization. Maintain SOPs, templates, and trackers; refine AI-assisted coordination workflows; review outputs; prioritize requests; and identify process improvements. The role requires strong calendar management, clear communication, discretion, service orientation, and comfort supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Build frontend experiences for authentication and authorization, including role management, user and group administration, workspaces, API keys, data access controls, and enterprise sign-in. Develop scalable React and TypeScript architecture, improve performance for complex workflows and large datasets, and make permission models understandable. Partner with product, design, and backend teams to solve ambiguous problems and shape intuitive, secure user experiences.

Develop Python and/or Rust software that interfaces with test instruments, embedded hardware, industrial controllers, and customer test systems. Automate data collection and control, build instrumentation drivers, contribute to the open-source instro library, and troubleshoot hardware-software integrations on-site. Own a scoped hardware-software integration project with mentorship. Applicants should be graduating by Summer 2027 and have hands-on experience with instrumentation, data acquisition, embedded hardware, or related engineering projects.
