Owns revenue growth and account acquisition for Nordic Knots’ East Coast PRO and commercial business. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing and expanding trade accounts, managing sales pipelines, strengthening brand presence in the design community, supporting designer events and retail integration, analyzing performance in HubSpot and CRM tools, and collaborating cross-functionally on regional go-to-market initiatives and client experience.

Own global growth, commercial performance, and end-to-end execution for Nordic Knots’ custom category. Lead sales, design support, and operations teams; set targets, manage pipelines, optimize margins, improve client journeys, and coordinate production, logistics, marketing, finance, and technology. Drive scalable bespoke offerings, operational efficiency, and high-touch customer experiences across Trade and direct channels.

Provides interior design advice and customer support through email, chat, and phone. Manages orders, returns, refunds, inventory updates, email lists, and customer communications using Zendesk. Supports e-commerce operations, satisfaction follow-ups, process improvements, and related projects while working weekends.
