Own accounting for a large loyalty program, including deferred revenue, points and rewards liabilities, breakage estimates, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and audit support. Assess GAAP treatment for new benefits, determine performance obligations, and partner with operations, marketing, and technology teams to validate data, improve month-end close processes, automate controls, and support scalable program growth.
