Teams at Norm Ai

Designs, executes, and scales integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, paid programming, nurture, executive engagement, and ABM channels. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and creative teams; maintains consistent messaging; manages budgets and timelines; and analyzes campaign performance to optimize demand, engagement, and revenue. The manager will also establish campaign frameworks, measurement strategies, and a roadmap aligned with Norm Ai’s business priorities and target enterprise clients.

Develop and execute editorial and content marketing strategy for AI and legal technology audiences. Create thought leadership, reports, articles, executive bylines, case studies, presentations, website copy, campaign assets, and sales materials. Partner with executives and subject-matter experts to translate complex topics into persuasive narratives, manage the editorial process and calendar, distribute content across channels, and measure performance. Build repeatable content programs that strengthen Norm’s market position and support business priorities.

Associate will advise on technology and IP transactions, including standalone deals and IP/technology workstreams in M&A and private equity matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting AI-assisted due diligence, preparing diligence memoranda, coordinating deal execution, advising clients on AI workflows, and collaborating with technology teams to improve legal-service delivery.
