Verify and correct newly boarded merchant account data across CRM and payments systems, field inbound Sales calls for boarding questions, run database queries, collaborate with sales and underwriting, and ensure data integrity and revenue accuracy.

Provide front-line technical and customer support for PayTrace merchants and resellers: troubleshoot hardware/software, log tickets, escalate urgent issues, create support documentation, deliver product training and demos, and relay merchant feedback to other teams.

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of software via CI/CD; maintain and optimize applications; drive architecture, code reviews, testing, security, and PCI DSS compliance; mentor engineers and lead scrum team activities.
