Owns the customer lifecycle from lead acquisition through renewal and expansion. Designs and optimizes email, in-app, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns; manages HubSpot segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle stages; builds nurture programs; tracks activation, retention, and expansion metrics; troubleshoots data issues; runs A/B tests; and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Content, Design, and Product.

Leads PayTrace’s indirect sales ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and growing ISV, VAR, API integration, and ISO partners. Owns channel strategy, partner relationships, enablement, revenue-share agreements, integrations, KPIs, merchant onboarding coordination, and industry representation. Builds and mentors the partner channel team while driving partner-sourced processing volume, revenue growth, retention, and scalable recruitment processes.

Leads the strategy and execution of incident response, detection engineering, threat hunting, and cyber threat intelligence. Serves as senior incident commander, oversees digital forensics and root cause analysis, builds enterprise logging and telemetry pipelines, and manages complex cloud, network, endpoint, identity, and application security operations. The role manages senior technical teams, addresses AI-related cyber threats, and briefs executive leadership during critical incidents.
