Prepare portfolio materials and reports, set up and maintain account documentation, process trades and DTC transfers, handle cash transfers and fee analysis, coordinate with tax and portfolio managers, respond to client inquiries, run GDWM in client meetings, and support Investment Advisors while adhering to investment guidelines and risk management.

Manage strategic hedge fund client relationships, coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting and investor services, lead escalations and service reviews, advise senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, oversee pricing and profitability, and drive service delivery improvements in an alternative investments environment.

Support and administer complex fiduciary, trust, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody client relationships. Coordinate account setup and transaction processing, resolve client issues, maintain documentation and account agreements, assist advisors with compliance, reviews, and presentations, engage service teams for execution, identify process improvements, and mentor or supervise junior staff.
