Leads supplier quality engineering activities for defense and space hardware, including compliance reviews, inspections, audits, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, supplier surveillance, process improvement, and risk mitigation. Travels approximately 75% to conduct supplier engagements, quality-system audits, and performance reviews. Leads cross-functional teams, presents findings to leadership, develops supplier improvements, and mentors field engineers.

Leads development, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of enterprise ERP capabilities supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations. Partners with business users, technical teams, and project leaders to define solutions, improve processes, document interfaces, support SAP configuration, and deliver integrations among MES, SAP S/4 Service Management, Plant Maintenance, and iMRO systems. Provides executive status updates and leads complex integration initiatives in a virtual environment.

Leads full-cycle recruiting and serves as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and HR leaders. Builds pipelines for technical and functional roles, manages sourcing and candidate engagement, advises on labor-market strategy, supports offers and clearance processes, ensures compliance, and improves recruiting performance through ATS/CRM analytics and agile methodologies.
