Lead independent cost evaluations for major proposals, perform unbiased cost and risk analyses using internal and external data, develop uncertainty ranges, standardize methodologies and tools, oversee multiple ICE projects, present findings to senior leadership, and liaise with proposal teams to ensure data validity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Field Engineering: serve as primary contact for stakeholders; prepare briefing materials; manage communications, reports, and open actions; process expense and assignment allowance submissions; operate independently across programs using MS Office and Concur to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Lead and support design, deployment, administration, and Tier-2/3 support of AWS and hybrid-cloud systems. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, IP networking, automate operations with IaC/configuration management, produce documentation, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in a secured, fast-paced environment.
