Provide conflict-of-interest advice and resolution for new matters, lateral hires, and business initiatives; supervise at least two compliance analysts; manage a docket of 15–30 conflict matters; liaise with global compliance teams; review client letters and policy issues (sanctions, AML, bribery, share dealings); and support enforcement and practice-standard compliance.

Manage all aspects of entry-level lawyer recruitment for the New York office: plan and execute on-campus events and interviews, develop the summer associate program, coordinate hiring committees and offers, maintain recruitment data and budgets, handle logistics/payments, and support onboarding and development. Requires weekend/evening flexibility and overnight travel during recruiting seasons.

Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Communicate findings, work with Compliance Lawyers to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance workflow and Global Practice Standards inquiries.
