Provides legal and ethical guidance on conflicts of interest involving lateral hires, new matters, business development, and client relationships. Resolves conflict issues, prepares reports, manages a docket of 15–30 matters, supervises two compliance analysts, supports global compliance standards, and advises on sanctions, anti-money laundering, bribery, share dealings, and related policies. The role requires cross-border collaboration, occasional after-hours work, and rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage.

Leads the firm’s US litigation docketing function, managing centralized operations, team performance, quality standards, risk controls, workflows, and business continuity. Oversees litigation docketing and calendaring platforms, system upgrades, rule updates, reporting, training, and change management. Partners with lawyers, IT, vendors, and legal support leaders to ensure accurate deadline calculations, compliance with court procedures, consistent service delivery, and continuous operational improvement across jurisdictions and offices.
