Source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, conduct structured first-round screens, track recruiting metrics, coordinate interviews, and maintain a warm candidate bench. The part-time remote contractor will partner with hiring managers across operations, customer happiness, curriculum, marketing, and camp delivery to fill priority openings efficiently and respectfully.

Design and fabricate hands-on STEM projects in robotics, engineering, woodworking, electronics, and digital fabrication for children ages 3–12. Create interdisciplinary, story-driven learning experiences, communicate designs to teachers through multiple channels, and train educators to safely use tools, machinery, and projects. The role requires applying child-development knowledge, gathering user feedback, and developing scalable educational experiences across NORY campuses.

Prepare, sort, assemble, and pack STEM, arts, crafts, and engineering project kits. Maintain a clean, safe, organized inventory workspace; count materials; and assist with localized shipments, deliveries, and pickups. The role requires learning basic hand and power tool operation, strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, physical stamina, and the ability to lift over 20 pounds. No prior warehouse or fabrication experience is required.
