Manage materials and office inventory, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, produce reports, handle camp registrations, compose correspondence, and draft contracts to ensure smooth, scalable summer camp experiences.

Prepare and assemble materials and project kits, maintain organized inventory and workspace, assist with counting inventory and local deliveries, and support daily logistics to ensure teachers and campers have required supplies.

Design, implement, and maintain Airtable and Zapier automations for program management workflows. Troubleshoot systems, document workflows, train staff, and optimize processes to reduce manual work and ensure operational continuity.
