Build an AI-native CS operating model using automation, health scoring, churn prediction, and data-driven playbooks. Recruit, coach, and develop the team; establish scalable processes and SOPs; drive adoption of Nory’s AI product; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support to improve the customer lifecycle.
