Lead Nourish’s People Strategy & Operations function, building its team, operating systems, processes, technology stack, and strategic roadmap. Drive talent density, upskilling, manager enablement, retention, performance management, culture, and operational efficiency. Partner with executives and department heads to improve organizational performance and serve as a trusted people advisor while scaling the company.

Own the marketing analytics stack from raw data through models, dashboards, and insights. Build scalable data models and pipelines, develop attribution and performance measurement capabilities, and identify growth and efficiency opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product to improve data infrastructure, establish trusted reporting, guide strategic decisions, and promote a data-driven culture.

Own the end-to-end recruiting experience for Registered Dietitians, including applicant communication, candidate vetting, outbound outreach, offer coordination, inbox management, and follow-up. Track recruiting metrics, improve funnel conversion, collaborate with onboarding, marketing, strategy, and product teams, and refine hiring processes based on provider and stakeholder feedback.
