Teams at Nova Intelligence

Own and maintain Nova's cloud infrastructure and connectivity (primarily AWS) using Terraform and CI/CD. Troubleshoot VPNs, routing, CIDR conflicts and collaborate with customer IT. Lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance efforts using tooling like Vanta, support audits and pen tests, and automate security and compliance processes.

Own and build Nova's SAP partnerships and partner network, create partnership strategy and models, convert relationships into pipeline and revenue, represent Nova at ecosystem events, and collaborate with founders on positioning and focus.

The Founding Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Nova, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions while enhancing the candidate experience.
