Leads and develops a team of Customer Care Representatives, oversees daily customer support operations, monitors performance, resolves escalated issues, and drives continuous improvement. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve order management, customer satisfaction, service quality, retention, and operational efficiency through data, automation, and AI-enabled technologies.

Drive strategic growth across complex OEM accounts by expanding customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing account strategies, and translating customer needs into scalable solutions. Build executive-level relationships, influence product and business strategy, and coordinate with engineering, operations, product management, and program teams. The role requires consultative selling, account planning, pipeline development, strong business acumen, CRM usage, and travel of up to 50%.

Design and build Snowflake transformation layer and migrate legacy SQL to versioned dbt models. Define conformed dimensions/facts using Kimball principles, set modeling and CI/CD standards, implement data quality/lineage, support BI migration and AI/ML readiness, and mentor future hires. Hands-on work in dbt, SQL, and Python with stakeholder collaboration and governance for financial and operational data.
