Manage and complete tax engagements with minimal supervision, supervise and mentor staff, conduct engagement reviews and tax research, strengthen client relationships, improve team profitability, and work toward CPA licensure while meeting firm deadlines and occasional travel and after-hours needs.

Paid accounting internship supporting tax and audit engagements during busy season. Conduct research, analyze data, prepare reports, identify issues, develop client relationships, and complete other assigned projects under supervision.

Lead complex 9% and 4% LIHTC development transactions from feasibility through award and closing. Advise on strategy, capital stack, underwriting, applications, agency interactions, and closings; manage client relationships, coordinate stakeholders, mentor staff, and prepare/review financial models and pro formas.
