Lead application strategy, underwriting review, financial modeling, capital stack structuring, agency interactions, and closings. Manage tax engagements end-to-end, supervise and mentor staff, perform engagement reviews, strengthen client relationships, assist Partners with business development, ensure profitability and compliance, and contribute to firm thought leadership and training.

Manage and complete tax engagements with minimal supervision, supervise and mentor staff, conduct engagement reviews and tax research, strengthen client relationships, improve team profitability, and work toward CPA licensure while meeting firm deadlines and occasional travel and after-hours needs.
