Manages sales goals and plans across an assigned territory, develops new accounts, maintains product distribution, and manages broker and customer relationships. Conducts product demonstrations, negotiates and closes sales, supports pricing and warranty issues, analyzes sales trends and revenue, and reports account performance to management. This is a home-based role requiring frequent travel throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas.

Leads quality, food safety, compliance, auditing, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities across approximately 10 manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada. Develops quality strategies, analyzes performance data, supports customer issue resolution, manages audits and certifications, trains plant teams, and drives scrap and cost reduction. The remote role requires extensive travel of up to 75–80%.

Leads engineering strategy and performance across multiple manufacturing business units and substrates. Responsibilities include developing engineering leaders, prioritizing initiatives, improving uptime, throughput, yield, reliability, and manufacturing readiness, standardizing engineering practices, supporting capital projects, and resolving complex technical and operational issues. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EH&S, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive enterprise manufacturing performance and capability.
