Lead planning and execution of clinical trials from site selection through closeout, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations and SOPs. Manage budgets, vendors, CTMS/eTMF/IRT systems, recruitment, safety coordination, risk mitigation, change orders, and client communications to deliver projects on time and to budget.
