Lead and build the strategic finance and FP&A function: own the operating model, budgeting/forecasting, capital allocation analyses, GTM and SaaS metric analytics, headcount planning, ERP/finance systems migrations, international consolidations, board reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to inform leadership decisions and support company growth.

Build and maintain driver-based financial models, own recurring reporting and KPI dashboards, support headcount and hiring plans, run GTM and unit-economics analyses (CAC, LTV, retention), inform capital/resource decisions, prepare board/investor materials, and partner with data/FP&A tooling teams to ensure data integrity and ad-hoc strategic analyses across the business.

The Marketing Operations Manager will build and lead the marketing operations infrastructure, managing systems and automation processes to enhance performance and growth. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, managing lead workflows, optimizing marketing technology, and ensuring clean data across sales and marketing.
