Lead and coach a team of 10+ Implementation Managers while personally managing approximately 10 customer implementations. Own onboarding metrics, develop scalable playbooks and tooling, improve time-to-value and customer satisfaction, support strategic escalations, hire and train team members, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve self-service onboarding.

Lead strategic finance projects, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, financial modeling, business partnering, investor and board reporting, and finance systems implementation. Analyze SaaS growth, profitability, unit economics, pricing, and capital allocation while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Accounting, and Data. Improve planning and reporting through AI, automation, and stronger data quality.

Build and operate Numeral’s public API, MCP server, billing and ERP integrations, infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform services. Own projects from design through production, improve observability and reliability, automate deployment workflows, and contribute to architecture decisions. The role requires strong backend engineering, distributed systems knowledge, cloud and container experience, and a customer-focused approach to dependable financial automation.
