Teams at Numerator

Leads Numerator’s global tax function across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Oversees international tax compliance, U.S. direct and indirect taxes, tax provisions, reporting, audits, external advisors, and tax matters related to legal entities, acquisitions, and integrations. Partners with regional Finance teams, KPMG, BDO, and Accounting to ensure accurate compliance, strengthen controls, simplify processes, and deliver practical tax solutions.

Owns renewal outcomes for a portfolio of U.S. Promo Intel accounts, including retention strategy, customer relationship management, contract execution, commercial negotiations, churn-risk mitigation, and upsell identification. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to close accurate, timely renewals and improve renewal processes. The role requires managing multiple accounts independently, analyzing retention trends, and traveling up to 10%.

Manage post-onboarding relationships for approximately 30 mid-market clients, driving product adoption, engagement, measurable business value, renewals, and account growth. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, coaching users, presenting insights, conducting business reviews, and translating promotional data into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Education, Operations, and Onboarding teams to resolve needs and improve the customer experience.
