Teams at Numeric

Own the customer support queue for an accounting SaaS platform, diagnosing issues through data, logs, queries, and ERP integrations. Resolve problems end to end, including shipping well-understood fixes with AI coding tools. Manage incidents, communicate with customers, identify product trends, build monitoring and support automation, improve knowledge systems, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, AM, and CSM teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, technical curiosity, clear communication, and sound prioritization under pressure.

Build and operate Numeric’s financial data platform, including scalable ingestion pipelines, typed data contracts, lakehouse schema management, data security, event-driven processing, observability, and reporting infrastructure. Work across TypeScript services, SQL, ClickHouse, Postgres, and transformation tools while partnering closely with accounting, reporting, and AI teams.

Build and operate developer infrastructure that improves engineering productivity, including deployment pipelines, development environments, infrastructure as code, observability, security, internal tooling, and AI-tool hosting. The role owns platform roadmap initiatives end to end, supports AWS and containerized systems, improves environment parity and deployment safety, and partners directly with engineers to create reliable self-service workflows.
