Lead Numeric's product marketing function: own core positioning and narrative, craft messaging for technical B2B AI-finance products, build the PMM roadmap, connect marketing to sales/partnerships/product, hire and grow a team, and set quality standards for editing, coaching, and launch execution.

Own end-to-end customer implementations: kickoff, milestone planning, technical configuration and ERP integrations (especially NetSuite), training accounting teams on AI-first closes, driving go-live adoption, handing off to Customer Success, and building playbooks and AI-assisted automation to scale services.

Own hands-on implementations to get customers live: configure workspaces, connect and validate ERP/sub-ledger data (especially NetSuite), run onboarding trainings, manage implementation project workstreams, and create docs/templates to automate and speed future implementations.
