Teams at Nutrafol

Provide empathetic customer support through phone, email, and chat; resolve questions, complaints, escalations, and shipping issues; guide customers through Nutrafol products and website; build product expertise; manage queues and ad hoc projects; and identify ways to improve the customer experience. The role is fully remote for Pacific timezone candidates, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Lead brand strategy, consumer insight, product innovation positioning, and go-to-market launches across DTC, Amazon, and professional channels. Partner with Product Development, R&D, Legal, Supply Chain, Growth, Creative, and Finance to shape products, claims, pricing, campaigns, and launch readiness. Own the brand narrative, research agenda, marketing plan, budget, cross-functional alignment, and post-launch performance for new Nutrafol innovations.

Manually test Nutrafol’s ecommerce website and mobile experiences across devices, browsers, and viewports. Identify, document, and track functional, visual, copy, usability, and regression defects in Jira while collaborating with QA leads, product managers, developers, and designers. The role requires timely execution in an Agile environment, strong communication and attention to detail, and recent experience using AI tools to improve test scripting, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing efficiency.
