Manage strategic payment-processing partners by building executive relationships, driving revenue growth, identifying market and merchant opportunities, and supporting implementations and product adoption. Develop partner strategies, advocate for partner needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage strategic deals from pitch through launch, maintain Salesforce records, and execute marketing programs that increase partner advocacy and merchant processing volume.

Owns card brand and bank invoice expense processes, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and quarterly scheme submissions. Downloads and loads invoices, runs SQL queries, identifies billing anomalies and variances, reconciles expenses to the general ledger, creates bank invoices, and monitors opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. The role supports finance leadership with research, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Nuvei payment solutions within Sage 100 and other ERP platforms. Configure integrations, guide clients through testing and go-live, troubleshoot technical issues, manage concurrent projects, and coordinate with Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams. Serve as the Sage 100 subject matter expert, provide technical consultation, track project risks and metrics, and improve implementation processes, documentation, and training materials.
