Partner closely with GTM, customer, design, and engineering teams to rapidly gather context, validate with data and research, and ship high-impact solutions. Seed and shape the product team and processes at an early-stage company backed by top investors.

Lead the security function end-to-end at an early-stage B2B fintech: drive application and product security, threat modeling, secure design and code review, vulnerability remediation, cloud and Kubernetes hardening, logging and detection, incident response, and SOC 2 foundations. Define roadmap, embed security into engineering, and partner with teams to build secure-by-default products.

Lead and grow a core engineering team to build Nuvo's platform, onboarding, infra, and AI-driven products. Own delivery, quality, technical direction, hiring, and team health while partnering with product, design, and GTM to scale the platform to millions of businesses.
