Coordinates experiential event projects from planning through onsite execution. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking budgets and timelines, supporting vendor procurement, processing invoices and purchase orders, updating client decks, responding to client requests, and assisting with venue and logistics coordination. Provides onsite support during setup, live events, and teardown while troubleshooting issues and liaising with vendors, contractors, venues, clients, and attendees.

Leads visual design for brand experiences and campaigns, developing visual systems and assets from concept through execution across physical and digital touchpoints. Presents work to clients, collaborates with creative and production teams, oversees print and installation quality, mentors junior designers, and explores emerging technologies including AI-supported workflows. The role may independently lead smaller projects and requires participation in onsite installations and travel to project locations.

Design and develop experiential brand concepts using mood boards, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings. Own deliverables from concept through production, collaborate with creative teams and clients, present design rationale, prepare fabrication drawings, and support vendor coordination. The role requires strong spatial design, visual communication, craft, and brand storytelling skills, with participation in installations and live experiences as needed.
