Manage and support the agency capital budget: prepare budget submissions and CP documents, update forecasts in FMS, track capital commitment plans, prepare budget code modifications, create fixed-asset and requisition entries, review CPIs for alignment, and enter projects into PIMS/Benchmark.

Manage construction safety programs for capital projects: conduct field audits and contractor safety evaluations, verify remediation of safety findings, ensure compliance with Site Safety Plans and standards, prepare safety progress and status reports, monitor KPIs for continuous improvement, and coordinate with divisions, agencies, project staff, and contractors to support timely delivery of capital construction projects.

Oversee design and construction of wastewater capital projects; manage project teams and consultants; ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination; negotiate contract modifications; monitor KPIs and report to the Deputy Portfolio Manager.
