Supervise and manage case management operations in a juvenile detention facility, oversee Case Managers and clerical staff, ensure intake/assessment, documentation, program coordination, family/court communication, discharge and re-entry planning, staff training, performance monitoring, and data/reporting to support youth services and reduce recidivism.

Manage and oversee the agency P-Card program: enforce city/agency policies, maintain records, monitor transactions, train and assist cardholders, coordinate card requests, liaise with DCAS, support MWBE utilization, and lead related projects and audits.

Drive development vehicles, assist in debris and materials pickup, support emergency snow removal, and prepare apartments for move-outs. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission. No formal education or experience required.
