The Business Analyst gathers stakeholder requirements, documents workflows and user stories, translates business needs into technical requirements, and supports technology solutions for housing programs. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, improving enterprise systems and processes, coordinating with technology vendors and project managers, developing test plans, conducting user acceptance testing, and tracking project assignments and timelines through delivery.

Provides legal counsel to a New York City medical examiner agency, advising laboratories and agency personnel; drafts contracts and data-sharing agreements; handles subpoenas, discovery, FOIL requests, litigation coordination, research reviews, court-order interpretation, legislative analysis, and witness preparation. Requires New York State Bar admission and relevant legal experience. The role may involve emergency availability and requires a DNA swab. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Oversees OMNY intra-city revenue, expenses, budgets, funding approvals, agency agreements, budget modifications, monthly interagency charges, journal entries, and financial reporting. Tracks OMNY funds and supports projections and budget activities for various intra-city, state, and categorical programs. Coordinates with procurement and budget offices to ensure accurate financial administration and compliance.
