Own B2B demand generation across SEO, paid search, paid social, website conversion, email, nurture, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lifecycle programs, budgets, audience strategy, experimentation, and channel optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, RevOps, Product, Content, and Events to generate qualified pipeline, measure ROI, improve conversion, and provide market intelligence.

Build and maintain Python-based automation, services, test infrastructure, and performance analysis tooling for a distributed database system. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, improve developer tooling and reproducible testing, analyze system performance, and create documentation and runbooks. The role requires strong software fundamentals, systems thinking, Linux and CI experience, and the ability to learn new languages and systems quickly.

Own end-to-end technical project and program planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate hardware and software installations, database deployments, migrations, data workflows, procurement, site readiness, and go-live activities. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports; facilitate stand-ups, steering updates, and retrospectives. Manage concurrent projects, resolve blockers, and improve project-management processes, templates, and tools across engineering, product, solutions, operations, QA, sales, customers, and vendors.
