Teams at Octave Group

Leads global payroll operations for approximately 320 employees across the US, Quebec, and the UK. Oversees multi-jurisdictional payroll processing, tax compliance, reporting, time management systems, retirement plans, audits, vendor relationships, and payroll system configuration. Partners with HR, Accounting, tax teams, and external providers to resolve issues, improve processes, support employee lifecycle transactions, and maintain statutory compliance.

Leads marketing and loyalty analytics strategy, measurement frameworks, forecasting, experimentation, campaign reporting, retention analysis, churn modeling, and segmentation. Partners with Marketing and Finance to establish performance goals and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Automates reporting using analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, experimentation methods, and AI-enabled workflows while identifying opportunities to grow and retain high-value consumers.

Supports the advertising sales team with pre- and post-sales administration, media plans, location lists, proof-of-play processes, sales materials, lead management, venue research, CRM maintenance, reporting, records, meetings, events, and expense processing. The role coordinates across internal teams and external clients while managing multiple projects and maintaining accurate campaign and sales documentation.
