Manage renewal and expansion of enterprise subscription accounts across the U.S., build long-term stakeholder relationships, hit net retention and quota targets (115%+), coordinate with customer success and product teams, analyze KPIs and product usage to drive upsells and platform enhancements. Serve as a domain expert on leveraged finance workflows, translate client needs into AI- and data-driven solutions, prototype LLM-enabled workflows, map complex credit processes, and collaborate with product and engineering to operationalize client feedback.

Manage employment law across the Americas, advising on hiring, performance, terminations, leaves, wage-and-hour, investigations, and disputes. Partner with HR and business leaders to build scalable policies, playbooks, and trainings. Support commercial contracting, fintech SaaS/data licensing, and IP matters; coordinate outside counsel and contribute to governance, privacy, and strategic legal initiatives.
