As a Full Stack Engineer, you will architect technologies for education savings platforms, develop scalable services and APIs, and improve user experiences while collaborating with teams.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) frontline customer support via phone, email, SMS, and chat; assist Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders, translate communications, resolve issues, maintain records, escalate complex cases, meet performance targets, and collaborate to improve processes.

The Payments Analyst ensures successful payment flows, resolves payment exceptions, builds operational records, analyzes data, monitors KPIs, and improves processes for multiple state programs.
