Support Odyssey’s go-to-market and business development efforts by researching markets, building pipelines, maintaining CRM data, preparing presentations and proposals, supporting government procurements, coordinating opportunities, and briefing executives. The role combines strategic analysis with highly organized tactical execution across complex sales cycles and requires comfort with ambiguity, ownership, data, and fast-paced startup work.

Support the CEO and COO by managing calendars, travel, correspondence, meeting materials, and stakeholder coordination. Own day-to-day office operations, including team lunches, supplies, vendors, workplace questions, and support for a future office expansion or relocation. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, proactive follow-through, and comfort working onsite in New York City.

Build and own full-stack platform features for education savings programs, including eligibility systems, fund ledgers, marketplace services, APIs, data models, frontend interfaces, and internal tools. Design scalable systems, write tests, manage deployments, monitor production services, and contribute to architecture, capacity planning, and code reviews. Collaborate with product and design teams to launch 0-to-1 products while balancing speed, scalability, and reliability.
