Lead and scale the accounting function: manage monthly close and financial statements, ensure US GAAP compliance (including digital assets), implement controls and automation, oversee payroll/AP/AR, own digital asset reconciliations, support tax and management decisions, and build and mentor the accounting team.

Lead client-facing technical strategy and developer success for Arbitrum, driving bespoke integrations, onboarding, and adoption.
