Lead and scale the accounting function: manage monthly close and financial statements, ensure US GAAP compliance (including digital assets), implement controls and automation, oversee payroll/AP/AR, own digital asset reconciliations, support tax and management decisions, and build and mentor the accounting team.

The Head of Finance will architect Offchain's financial strategy and lead capital management while ensuring financial governance and reporting standards are met.

The Head of Enterprise will develop commercial strategies, manage product development, and lead cross-functional teams while driving adoption in the blockchain ecosystem.
