Lead omnichannel engagement strategy for two healthcare clients across CRM, websites, social, and display. Develop connected journeys, activation briefs, channel roles, playbooks, content and communications strategies, and data-informed measurement plans. The role requires strong healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience, CRM expertise, audience insight, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Manages pharmaceutical client and brand relationships, advises on strategic campaign development, coordinates agency and client stakeholders, oversees budgets and deliverables, analyzes marketplace data, and ensures cost-effective solutions. The role also mentors Account Executives, supports cross-functional teams, and builds expertise in pharmaceutical and HCP marketing.

The Associate Creative Director, Copywriter is responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative ideas, managing the creative process, supervising teams, and ensuring quality across projects in an agency setting.
