Own end-to-end product design for Okta’s AI agent identity and access management experiences. Design workflows for delegation, permissions, authorization, policy enforcement, and agent lifecycle management across security, IT, and AI personas. Develop novel interaction patterns, contribute to scalable design systems, conduct prototyping and research, incorporate AI into the design process, and present solutions to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Provides principal-level technical guidance to strategic enterprise customers implementing large-scale Auth0 CIAM solutions. Responsibilities include architecture advisory, troubleshooting, pre-sales and NPI support, system integrator collaboration, developer enablement, full-stack prototyping, escalation management, and product feedback. The role mentors customer and field teams, develops technical resources, and uses AI tools to accelerate implementation and documentation.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and measurable business value. Develop success plans and business reviews, align executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, communicate product value, represent customer feedback, and identify renewal risks. The role requires strong consultative, analytical, presentation, relationship-management, and technical problem-solving skills, with travel up to 35%.
